Handle your request for a booking or information and reply to you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps / your consent.
Provide the transport service once you become a client — legal basis: performance of the contract.

Recipients & processors

Your data is neither sold nor shared. It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our behalf, within the European Union:

Sending emails notifying us of your requests (transactional email provider).
Anti-spam protection of the form (Cloudflare Turnstile), where applicable.

Retention

Requests not followed by a service are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then deleted. Data linked to a service is kept in accordance with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
