With a transport prescription, we bill your health insurance directly — so you pay nothing. Just bring the prescription and a valid Carte Vitale (French health card).
Which medical journeys do you cover?
Consultations, hospital admissions and discharges, dialysis, chemotherapy, tests and follow-up appointments — seven days a week, on request.
What should I have ready for the trip?
The transport prescription from your doctor, a valid Carte Vitale, and the exact address where you’re being treated, with your appointment time.
